Compass Immobilier - Estate Agent

"We have nothing but praise for Victoria and Compass Immoblier. We have just completed on our house purchase and Victoria has been with us every step of the way. This was our first house purchase for over 20 years and our first in France. Our French is very limited and Victoria kindly introduced us to an English speaking Notaire, recommended tradesmen and also made calls to service providers on our behalf. We feel she has gone above and beyond for us and would most definitely recommend her."

"We could not have asked for a better company and lovelier people to help us find and secure a perfect French home. Great support and professionalism throughout all stages of the search and buying process."

"As a successful seller, I am delighted to say that the service I received from Victoria and Philippa was second to none. They were highly supportive and sensitive, responsive, commercially minded, persistent and determined to get a sale. I highly recommend Compass Immobilier as the top estate agent in South West France, I would certainly use them again. I wish Victoria, Philippa and the team continued, deserved success. "We are an early retired couple who decided after a lot of thought to spend our retired life in the South of France, we explored several areas and finally decided the Gers was the area for us. We felt slightly out of our depth visiting several Agencies, and got the feeling that most of them wanted to sell us properties they wanted to sell rather than trying to find us the sort of property we wanted. That changed when we found Compass Immobilier through them we found exactly what we were looking for, and, with Philippa holding our hands every step of the way through the process we bought our "living the dream" home. Without the help from Philippa we would have struggled with our extremely limited language skills and we will be forever grateful for the above and beyond assistance we received ........ would we recommend Compass Immobilier ......????.....Yes, without a moments hesitation ......xxx"

"Compass and the team have been brilliant. They demonstrated an in depth knowledge of the local housing market, and their professionalism shone through at each stage of the sales process. In addition their help with translation and the legal system was absolutely invaluable. As a seller, they were able to advise on everything behind the scenes to showing the property e.g. organise keeping the garden in good order. I really couldn't praise them more for all they have done to reduce the stress of this process and ensure its successful conclusion."
