"May 2024: In the context of recently renting a property via Imogroup, I can attest and will be vocal to anyone and everyone to avoid (at all cost) any dealings with an unprofessional and frankly scandalous group. Not only did we leave the house in notably better shape than when we arrived/checked in, our check out was in excellent standing as confirmed by the agency. Nevertheless, we were left 3 months later and after numerous requests for follow up to which they avoided and made excuses along the way. Finally (3 months later) we get a response that there will be charges totaling 600eur for “garden maintenance”. I have many pictures of the garden when we left and anyone in their right mind can see that the garden was exceptionally maintained and there is absolutely nothing that can justify a 600eur charge - especially given the size and simplicity of said garden… nothing can justify a charge of 600eur but even if they could justify it, they didn’t. Of course we asked for a justification of this charge to which they were never able to provide us and they instead continued down their path of avoidance for another month. Finally a response that they are conveniently “no longer responsible and that we can contact the Proprietaire directly…” One word : scandalous. Many words: the most unprofessional disgrace of an agency I have ever encountered. If you want to not be taken for an absolute idiot and cheated out a large sum of money, I suggest you stay far far away… If I could give -5, I would. *June 2025 Update/edit: Interesting that the group went missing in action when it actually mattered only to reply via public forum where they want to save image one year later and not via our numerous emails and calls at the time when it actually counted."

"Agence à fuir qui prend ses locataires pour des vaches à lait. Nous avons eu affaire avec Immogroup dans le cadre de la location d’une maison dont nous étions locataires. L’état des lieux de sortie est réalisé mi-février 2024. En dépit de nos nombreuses relances, nous recevons le document attestant de la régularisation des charges que fin Mai 2024, soit 3 mois et demi après notre sortie. Nous constatons alors que l’on nous réclame des charges colossales de 600€ liées à l’entretien du jardin. Nous demandons alors des explications à Immogroup ainsi qu’un justificatif pour cette facture qu’ils sont incapables de nous donner. En clair: Immogroup a décompté une charge, d’un montant non négligeable, sans avoir procédé à la moindre vérification. Nous poussons alors pour avoir plus d’explications, qu’ils demeurent incapables de nous donner. Nous sommes alors fin Juin 2024 et Immogroup nous explique alors que le mandat leur a été retiré par les propriétaires et nous demande alors de bien vouloir prendre contact avec eux pour avoir plus d’informations… Notre expérience ci-dessus montre le manque de professionnalisme de cette agence. Un conseil : ne faites pas appel à eux."
