"The apartment is very nice as shown in the pictures. Modern, clean and very comfortable. When snows the view in the ground floor which in located the apt is beautiful. The location at Mont D Arbois is good, at 5 aprox blocks walking to reach the lift. There is a rental just there in front of the lift access where you can left and pick up every day the equipment. We spent beautiful days with our family and we would come back!"

"During our stay at chalet Elva in Megeve we were not provided with enough keys and certain keys were even missing creating the situation where the garage door was left unlocked for multiple nights. The kitchen was also extremely simple and was not displayed properly on the pictures on the website. Another important factor was the television which only contained French channels and not a single English one. The fireplace was also a cause of nuisance since the vent kept closing while we were using it leading to smoke going into the whole house and this on Christmas eve. Voicing our concerns we were not met with the corresponding help and often had to try figure out the problems on our own. Very sad indeed since it should have been a relaxing holiday but it ended up causing a lot of frustration for our whole family."
