"UPDATE - after promising to pay our party compensation following our vile experience, this agency have ghosted all of the countless emails I’ve sent requesting an update on payment. At the time of writing, I have now been waiting nearly three weeks for an update - it’s simply not good enough. I implore you to avoid this company at all costs. Unfortunately it isn’t possible to leave zero stars. A truly awful agency, one that doesn’t offer an out of hour service in the event of emergencies, whilst other rival companies do so. See attached photos for the truly awful condition they provided the property in. We had an outbreak of bed bugs and the agency did nothing to assist us, claiming they “fumigated the place”, but upon our return the apartment was in as bad a state as we left it. Now we’ve returned to the UK they’ve lied and taken money from our deposit for a “strong aroma of cigarettes” in the apartment, despite none of the party smoking. Absolute cowboys and would recommend you avoid."
"Nice apartment right on the Main Street opposite of The Blizzard Hotel. On the 4:th floor, small balcony, 3 large bedrooms in a separate part, an open kitchen and living room whit all that you need. An inventory of plates and glasses should be made, but otherwise everything that was desired was there. We had a problem with a leak from the apartment above but it was solved by the agency during the week, but should be kept under supervision. The Telemark Resident, is in my point of view, the best location in Val d Isere - near to everything. Have been staying here, in an other apartment, since 2012."
"The agency were good. They quickly sorted a couple of issues we had with lights and the shower. Unfortunately they could not do anything about the noisy neighbours whose living area was against our bedrooms, poor building design!"
"BEWARE - Do NOT book through this agency - we were charged for damage we didn't cause! The apartment had lots of problems: broken lamp; power-points not working; over sensitive fire alarm; blunt cutlery; only enough hot water for one shower per night, to name a few. We didn't complain, as we were in such good spirits from the wonderful skiing. Now, 3 weeks after leaving, we get charged for fixing a trundle bed we never used, nor even looked at. No photos provided to show damage (not that we would recognise it) or description of the damage. Needless to say, we didn't take photos of every single aspect of the apartment, so disputing the charge is near impossible."
"Really easy to book . Great accommodation..the best we have stayed in for 6 adults. The apartment was well equipped with good quality cooking equipment and very comfortable decor. All very well organised. Val d isere was a dream to ski as usual and plenty to do for our none skiers."
